The Taos ButterFly

The Taos Butterfly took its first flight as a section in the Horse Fly monthly local newspaper in November 2008. The Butterfly section is dedicated to the healing arts community in Taos, NM.  Spearheaded by Sandy Penny and authorized by HorseFly owner Bill Whaley, local practitioners showed their support by buying specially priced ads in the section in three-month increments for only $100. The first release was dedicated to massage. December focused on an important Taos subject, skin care., and January covers Chinese Medicine and personal responsibility for our own health, “An Ounce of Prevention or a Pound of Cure.” You’ll find Sandy Penny flitting around town gathering pollen for future issues and spreading the word on the Taos ButterFly.
